Online Purchase Return Policy
All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, brooches, etc.).
Returns/exchanges are not accepted on: sale items, custom jewelry, custom clothes, fabric, swimwear or handbags.
No refunds will be given, only store credit within 7 days of shipped date. Shipping is non-refundable (cannot be applied for in-store credit).
The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees for returned items. There is a 15% restock fee applied to all returns.
In the case of a damaged item:
We will replace any item that you received damaged!
We hope you love your purchase from Belle's Collections! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer either an exchange or store credit.
Instructions for Belle's Boutique / Tiki Market Exchanges
1. Email email@example.com to request return form . (All return packages MUST be accompanied by the return form)
2. Once a tracking number is obtained, please email the tracking info to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3.Please allow 2 weeks for us to process your exchange (We will update the order when the return is received and you will receive a confirmation email)
